History
Greenway Enterprises, Inc. was incorporated in 1976 as a commercial and industrial real estate development and brokerage firm. The company’s early history involved development of 50 acres near downtown Fort Worth into a commercial and industrial business park. Greenway was responsible for infrastructure design and development, sale of developed sites and development and leasing of multi-tenant and single tenant facilities within the project
Over the years, Greenway has constructed and developed many different types of real estate properties from retail to industrial The focus in the last 20 years has been in development and leasing of free standing single tenant retail facilities and ground leases.
Greenway has developed properties all across the Central U.S. and the Greenway professionals have a broad range of experience in all phases of real estate development from site search through construction; governmental approvals, infra-structure development, marketing, management, budget control and scheduling.
Greenway Enterprises early history began with the development of Greenway Industrial Park, a commercial and business park, near downtown Fort Worth. The project included many national and local tenants. Greenway developed buildings within the project and also sold lots for development by others. We were responsible for infrastructure design and development, sale of developed sites and development and leasing of multi-tenant and single tenant facilities within the project
Over the last 40 years, Greenway Enterprises, Inc. constructed and developed many different types of real estate properties from retail to industrial with heavy focus in development, construction and leasing of free standing single tenant retail facilities across Texas and the Central U.S. states to major national corporate clients such as Tractor Supply Company, Napa Auto Parts, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Glidden Paint Company and many others. Greenway professionals have a broad range of experience in all phases of real estate development from site search through construction; governmental approvals, infra-structure development, marketing, management, budget control and scheduling.
In the last 5 years we have also began to acquire and develop rural land parcels for rural residential subdivision purposes.
